Have you seen a restaurant menu lately without mac and cheese bites? We haven’t -- and we’re not complaining! There’s something about having our favorite dishes in bite-sized form that we just can’t resist. Not to mention, they’re so darn cute.
If you recall, Rach kicked off Mini Muffin Week in 2012 -- so she basically saw this craze coming. And luckily, we have lots of those yum-o recipes (and others!) to prove it.
Rach equates these to one of her favorite starters -- arancini -- so they have to be good!
Because having one bite of an actual jelly doughnut can get messy (and tempting).
Even Regis couldn’t believe how easy these were to make when he helped Rach whip them up.
The smell of these alone is enough to make your mouth water.
