Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted dried Medjool
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup whole oats (not quick oats)
- 2 tablespoons water
Toppings and fillings:
- Shredded coconut and chocolate chips
- Hemp and butterscotch chips
Yield
Serves: 6 drops
Preparation
Blend the dates, walnuts, and oats in a food processor with the chop blade. Add the water while the machine runs and blend until the mixture has a consistency like cookie dough.
Roll tablespoon sized pieces of dough. (TIP: Dip your hands in water before rolling into balls that way it won’t stick as much and will be easier to roll.) Make an imprint in the middle of the ball and stuff with your choice of chocolate chips or butterscotch.
Roll in your choice of shredded coconut or hemp and enjoy!
