3 ounces apple cider
1/2 ounce lemon juice, fresh
1/2 ounce allspice simple syrup, (equal parts sugar and water with a few allspice pods heated until sugar is dissolved) or Allspice Dram*
Apple chip, for garnish
*St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram is a pretty easily obtainable brand -- it’s a classic West Indies rummy/allspice-flavored liqueur.

Preparation
*St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram is a pretty easily obtainable brand -- it’s a classic West Indies rummy/allspice-flavored liqueur.
Place all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe with a cinnamon sugar rim (use apple juice to wet the rim). Garnish with an apple chip.
