Ingredients
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3 ounces apple cider
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 ounce allspice simple syrup, (equal parts sugar and water with a few allspice pods heated until sugar is dissolved) or Allspice Dram*
  • Apple chip, for garnish

Preparation

Place all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe with a cinnamon sugar rim (use apple juice to wet the rim). Garnish with an apple chip.
