  • 2 cups (16 ounces) plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 8 ounces feta, crumbled
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dill, fresh, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • celery, Fresh veggies such as carrot sticks etc., to dip


Serves: 4 to 6 servings


In a bowl, combine ingredients well and toss in the fridge for at least an hour for the flavors to marry. Serve it chilled with fresh veggie dippers alongside.
