These sweet bites have fat plus sweet, so they are satisfying to every part of the brain. Plus, they're easy to pop in your mouth, which makes them a fun party food.
- 1/2 cup walnut, whole halves
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, semisweet melted
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded unsweetened
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place coconut in a shallow bowl. Using two forks, dip each walnut halve into the melted chocolate to coat, then immediately dip into and coat with the shredded coconut. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining walnuts, melted chocolate and shredded coconut. Refrigerate to set the chocolate, at least 1 hour.
