Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup walnut, whole halves
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, semisweet melted
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded unsweetened
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Serves: 6-8
Preparation

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place coconut in a shallow bowl. Using two forks, dip each walnut halve into the melted chocolate to coat, then immediately dip into and coat with the shredded coconut. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining walnuts, melted chocolate and shredded coconut. Refrigerate to set the chocolate, at least 1 hour.
