Ingredients

  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or one (5- to 6-second) spray olive oil cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat an air fryer to 390°F.

Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain, and cool. Halve lengthwise, dress with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Place potatoes in the air fryer for 12 to 15 minutes. Open the fryer, shake the potatoes around, and put them back in the air fryer for another 10 to 12 minutes.
