- ½ cup cottage cheese
- Dash ground cinnamon
- 1 apple, chopped with skin-on (about 1 cup)
- 6 to 8 walnut halves, chopped (about ½ ounce)
Spoon cottage cheese into a bowl. Top with cinnamon, apple and walnuts.
