Busy mom and lifestyle blogger at Womenoftoday.com, Camila McConaughey (who you may also know as Matthew McConaughey's wife) stopped by to show Rach some of her household's favorite healthy kid-approved snacks.

For these chips, you can switch up the seasoning to whatever you like. "I also make Tex-Mex chips with a little taco seasoning and season with salt, cayenne and Manchego cheese. You can also squeeze on a little lime once they're out of the oven," she says.

Ingredients

  • Extra-virgin olive oil spray, or 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt seasoning (with green onions)
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Yield

Serves: 2 to 3

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray or brush olive oil onto both sides of each tortilla. Stack and cut into 8 triangles.

In a mixing bowl, mix onion salt seasoning with parmesan cheese. Add tortilla triangles and toss. Arrange tortillas on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and sprinkle remaining seasoning on top.

Bake until edges are just golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
