Playing Camila McConaughey's Mango-Chia Fruity Rolls

Busy mom and lifestyle blogger at, Camila McConaughey (who you may also know as Matthew McConaughey's wife), stopped by to show Rach some of her household's favorite healthy kid-approved snacks. 


  • 2 1/2 cups diced mango
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


Serves: 8 to 10


Preheat oven to 175˚F. In a blender or food processor, pulse or process the mango to form a smooth paste. Stir in the chia seeds.

Thinly and evenly spread mixture onto a silpat or parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake until surface is slightly dry with edges that are just beginning to brown, 2 to 3 hours. Let cool completely.

Trim edges to make an even rectangle, then cut into inch-wide ribbons and roll.
