Rach loves the balance between the bitterness of the radicchio and the sweetness of the citrus in this Charred Radicchio Salad. The red onion, parsley and celery tops, along with the Dijon dressing, round everything out. Rach likes to serve it with her Bucatini with Creamy Bacon and Onion Sauce.

  • 1 cup parsley and celery leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup citrus sections, orange, blood orange and/or grapefruit
