If you don't know, The Potash Twins—Ezra and Adeev—are amazing musicians, and they're working on a brand-new album coming out this spring! For our "After Hours" episode, they share one of their favorite midnight snacks. It takes store-bought pretzels with mustard to a whole new level!

Ingredients

  • One 16-ounce package of sourdough hard pretzels
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Yield

Serves: 2

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Seal the pretzels in a large resealable bag, then break them into bite-sized pieces using a rolling pin or comparable object.

In a medium bowl, combine the oil, honey, Dijon, yellow mustard powder, mustard powder and onion powder. Whisk together until the mixture is uniform, then pour into the bag, seal and shake until the pretzels are evenly coated.

Spread out the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with dill, serve and enjoy!
