John wanted to make an Italian-American cocktail and drew inspiration from the Italian flag for this rosemary-infused spritzer.
Try pairing this cocktail with Rach's Chicken Riggies.
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
- 4 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- Club soda
- Campari
Yield
Serves: 2
Preparation
Strip the needles from the rosemary and muddle at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice, then cover and shake vigorously. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins glasses, top with some club soda and garnish with rosemary sprigs. Drizzle some Campari into each glass.
Always Drink Responsibly.
