Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 black peppercorns
  • 5 allspice cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Serves: 1 cup
Preparation

Heat all ingredients in a small pan over low until sugar melts, then remove from heat. Strain, then discard spices.
