Ingredients
  • 1 cup labneh, or strained greek yogurt
  • 1 granny smith apple, very finely diced
  • 1/4 cup finely minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely minced dill
  • 1/4 cup finely minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt, plus more as needed

Preparation

Mix to combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Season with additional salt to taste.
