- 1 cup labneh, or strained greek yogurt
- 1 granny smith apple, very finely diced
- 1/4 cup finely minced parsley
- 1/4 cup finely minced dill
- 1/4 cup finely minced chives
- 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt, plus more as needed
Mix to combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Season with additional salt to taste.
