John created this Halloween-themed cocktail to go with Rach's Deviled Chicken Casserole. The concoction is a green "monster" take on a martini. "It's one of your best!" says Rach, after a taste. "It's really herbaceous, it's light, it's fun, it's bright, it's balanced.... You crushed it!"

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • ¾ ounce Green Chartreuse
  • ¾ ounce St-Germain liqueur
  • ¾ ounce lime juice

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

Muddle mint leaves at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe. Garnish with mint sprig.

Always drink responsibly.
