Ingredients
1 cup diced fuji apple
1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch ground nutmeg
A pinch ground clove

Serves: 4
Preparation
In medium bowl, mix apples and oats. Sprinkle with spices, fold in yogurt. Cover and place in fridge for a minimum of 8 hours, but no more than 3 days.
