Rach's husband John makes a classic English cocktail, the Pimm's Cup, which is made with a fruity, gin-based liqueur + ginger ale.
John paired this cocktail with Rach's Pub Cheese Impossible Burgers.
Ingredients
- About 2 ounces Pimm's No. 1 Cup liqueur
- Ice
- Ginger ale, for topping
- 2 cucumber slices, for garnish
- 2 orange slices, for garnish
- 2 sprigs mint, for garnish
Yield
Serves: 2
Preparation
In 2 highball glasses, add about an ounce of Pimm's to each glass. Fill with ice, then top with ginger ale. Garnish with cucumber and orange slices and mint sprigs.
