Erik's Swap Suggestion: You can swap the almond milk for coconut milk or oat milk if you'd like.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 ½ cups raw oats
  • 2 scoops plant-based protein powder
  • 1 scoop vegetable superfood powder, or use a handful or raw spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 to 2 cups frozen fruit (ideally a fruit that is lower in sugar like berries)

Yield

Serves: 1

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
