Rach is making these souped-up burgers topped with cheese and a sriracha special sauce for the Super Bowl, but says they're delicious any day of the year. You can make them with ground beef or meat-free patties. She recommends serving them with extra-crispy fries or onion rings, such as Ore-Ida's.
