After letting her hair grow for decades, one viewer named Diane earned many nicknames -- including Rapunzel, Goldilocks, Lady Godiva and Barbie.
"I've been trying to get her to cut her hair for 20 years," Diane’s BFF Beth tells us.

Though she resisted for years, as her 50th birthday approached, Diane finally thought it was time for a change -- and we had to help!
We turned to celebrity stylist Kyan Douglas to help get the job done -- and boy did he deliver!
