Help! My Gravy Is Lumpy

Ok, so you thought you added the flour slowly, but still wound up with lumps (hey, it happens to the best of us).

Don’t stress. Simply strain your lumpy gravy through a fine mesh sieve into another pot, says Chef Curtis Stone. Ta da! Velvety smooth gravy.
