Jesse Palmer is spending Valentine’s Day away from wife Emely and their cute Aussiedoodle Loulou. The host of "The Bachelor" tells Rach that he is currently working in Los Angeles but hopes to have a romantic reunion very soon. 

Normally around Valentine's Day, Jesse says he and Emely take trips to lovely locations such as Paris, France, and her native Brazil.
