Elisabeth Hasselbeck

She handles combative discussions and heated arguments without breaking a sweat every morning as co-host on *The View,* but Elisabeth Hasselbeck admits that there is one person who *can* intimidate her. "Right now I fear a 3-year-old," she jokes, describing her oldest child. "I don't know how this happened." And, while this mother of two would love to have as many as five kids, she's going to wait before expanding her family. "I just can't imagine being outnumbered." (Click on the video for Elisabeth's "mommy must-haves"!) Being outnumbered at work, however, is something Elisabeth is used to when it comes to discussing hot topics with her co-hosts. When Rachael asks her how she handles the tougher moments during heated disagreements with the other ladies, Elisabeth says it's all in good fun. "It's like a good family dinner," she says. "You aren't always going to see things the same way as somebody else, but at the end of the conversation I'm like, 'Oh Sherri [Shepherd] I love that top. Where did you get those shoes? And Joy [Behar's] talking about making dinner at her house for everybody."
