Fans of @[*Grey's Anatomy*](http://abc.go.com/primetime/greysanatomy/index) know him as the suave yet cocky bachelor Dr. Alex Karev, but in real life, Justin has been happily married for 14 years! Rachael says, "It's got to be a challenge to have a great relationship with your wife, and have a job where, well, a lot of sex goes on!" Justin explains that it's just part of the job. "It's so technical when you're on the show," he says. "Sometimes you have to be at a certain angle or move this way. You have 50 people around you." Rachael asks if there's any truth to Jeffrey Dean Morgan's statement that there is a hookup tally board on set, and if so, who's winning. "O'Malley. He's definitely winning. Now he just slept with Izzy -- he's getting them all!" Justin reveals that he met his wife when he was a model and she was a booker, and the couple has five children. "The oldest is 12, I have twins that are 10, an 8-year-old and a 5-year-old," he says proudly. Rachael asks what their secret is for making it work all these years. "Sense of humor," he says. "We're really about family, our parents, we have strong faith and our kids rock. We've been parents a long time and that's a big part of our relationship." Rachael then puts the hot doctor in the hot seat to answer a few audience questions, such as what activities he likes to do with his family, and which doctor he would like to see his character end up with.
