The "New Amsterdam" star — and "This Is Us" guest star — has two pretty simple explanations for naming her baby girl Sunday.  

"It's just a pretty name," Janet tells Rach, whose middle name is Domenica — which means "Sunday" in Italian. "[And] it's the best day of the week."
