Should You Opt for Hydrogen Peroxide To Clean Your Ear Wax?
In honor of grilling season, our studio audience grilled "Top Chef" star Richard Blais in all things BBQ — and first up was a frustration that we've all experienced, no doubt.
Q: When I grill, I use a lot of marinated meats. How do you prevent the meat from sticking to the grill?
A: "It's pretty simple," Richard says. "[A] hot, hot grill."
"Right before you go to cook something," he goes on, "give it a little kiss on the grill to see if it's sticking."
If it sticks, you know the grill isn’t hot enough so give it a few more minutes. If it doesn’t stick, you’re good to go.
Just like you'd do if you were cooking something like fish in a pan at home, the chef notes.
Plus, just as Richard does with his skewer recipes — like these Chicken Tandoori Skewers — use tongs to clamp on a paper towel and rub olive oil onto your grill grate to make it nonstick.
