If you had to pick just one item in your kitchen that is absolutely essential to your day-to-day, what would it be? For Rach right now at home, it's a folding kitchen cart (on wheels!) that stores flat and includes a solid countertop, knife block, paper towel holder and two open shelves.
Plus, it's on sale right now (38% off)!
"When we moved into our guest house, the counter that I work on is a couple feet shorter than in the home that I was living in for 15 years. So my sister Maria, who I love so much, gave me a collapsible cart," Rach says.
"It can fold up and just tucks away, [but] it hasn't been collapsed in seven months, because it has become so essential to our work here. It's an extra two feet of counter space every day. When I get up at 4:30 every day, I break down meals for our entire day, and I put the books or the papers or the mail that comes in on the bottom shelf. The middle shelf is a kind of catch-all for John's drink prep or if we have to do a third show."
"You don't have to spend a lot of money to have something of great value in your life. The thing that matters most to me is my sister for being loving enough to give me that, because she knew I was having a 'crunch space' here. The other thing that's essential to our show, after 15 years, is you. Thank you for sharing your time with us and watching us." 🧡
