We love any tale with a happy ending, especially one that involves a dog rescue! So, when the sweet story of a UPS driver who risked his own life to save a dog went viral, we had to find out more.
Rachael FaceTimed with Ryan, the heroic UPS driver who spotted trouble while on his regular route in Bozeman, Montana. The dog, whose name he later found out is Sadie, had fallen through the ice in a frozen neighborhood pond and was struggling to stay above the water.
Ryan went into the water himself to save Sadie — which he did — then got her in a neighbor's bathtub and warmed her up with warm water.
And get this — afterwards, he continued delivering all of the packages along his route!
"I always keep a dry change of clothes in my backpack at work," Ryan, who has a 14-year-old Malamute-Shepherd fur baby of his own, says.

To thank Ryan for going above and beyond, we're sending him to Breezes Resort & Spa in the Bahamas! They gifted him an all-inclusive vacation, and he definitely deserves it.
