- 1 recipe Perfect Pancake Batter
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- Butter, for cooking
- Ginger-infused maple syrup, for serving
Heat a griddle to medium heat.
Mix the pancake batter with the orange extract and pumpkin pie spice.
Place butter onto the griddle. Once melted, ladle about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot griddle. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve with maple syrup.
