Does anyone else always feel hungry? We feel your pain — and we have a solution.
For some women — as fitness legend Denise Austin explained to Rach on the show — plunging estrogen levels during menopause can result in carb and sugar cravings. Not to mention that thirst can often be mistaken for hunger, which exacerbates those cravings. Facepalm!
So to make sure you're drinking enough water, mark every hour you're awake on a milk jug and fill it with water every morning. It will remind you to drink water throughout the day. Problem solved!

With that said, if you're hydrated and still craving sugar, it's okay to give in — as long as you practice portion control!
For starters, just fill an ice cube tray with cookie dough, and when that craving hits, put just ONE cookie in the oven (okay, okay, or two!).
The craving may even pass before the oven heats up — but if it doesn't, you won't be tempted to eat the whole batch of cookies.

And if you're in the mood for ice cream instead, throw some bananas and almond milk into a blender — and play a little trick on your craving. Wink wink!
See how simple these tricks are in the video above!
