We brown ground chicken in EVOO, celery, carrots and place in a pot with garlic and onions. We add in smoked paprika, salt, ground pepper, crushed tomatoes and a ton of hot sauce. We place this chili over top of nacho chips and creamy, crumbled blue cheese.
