Sunny Anderson knows the struggle of getting dinner on the table is real, so she’s here with two easy “1-2-3” recipes that you can make any night of the week.
She explains, “The 1-2-3 recipes are basic recipes that you can add things to. It’s one of something, two of something, and three of something. So easy to remember.”

Never pay for takeout pizza again, or eat a frozen pie! Sunny Anderson’s super-easy and fast pizza dough recipe calls for one tablespoon of Italian seasoning, two cups of Greek yogurt and three cups of self-rising flour. She told Rach, “What I really love about this is that we’re not kneading anything, we’re not resting anything, there’s no [need for rising]. You just mix it together and it comes together like a dough.”
Just top your dough with your preferred sauces, cheeses, toppings and bake -- it really is that easy!
'1-2-3' Pork and Poultry Glaze

This versatile glaze makes a delicious make-your-own-takeout stir-fry. Start with a quick 15-minute marinade made from one part soy sauce and one part oil. Then, make a glaze from one cup of any kind of preserves or marmalade, two cups of chicken stock, and three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, and toss it with the meat and veggies of your choice.
