Sunny Anderson’s super-easy and fast pizza dough recipe calls for one tablespoon of Italian seasoning, two cups of Greek yogurt and three cups of self-rising flour. She told Rach, “What I really love about this is that we’re not kneading anything, we’re not resting anything, there’s no [need for rising]. You just mix it together and it comes together like a dough.”
Just top your dough with your preferred sauces, cheeses, toppings and bake -- it really is that easy!
This versatile glaze makes a delicious make-your-own-takeout stir-fry. Start with a quick 15-minute marinade made from one part soy sauce and one part oil. Then, make a glaze from one cup of any kind of preserves or marmalade, two cups of chicken stock, and three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, and toss it with the meat and veggies of your choice.
