Let’s face it -- cooking pork chops can be intimidating. But it doesn’t have to be! If you want to bake your chops, check out the below guidelines.

For boneless center-cut pork chops, preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 25 minutes.

For bone-in pork chops that are about 1-inch thick, preheat the oven to 475°F. Roast, turning the pork chops once, until the chops are just cooked through, about 25 minutes.

Our favorite butcher Ray Venezia recommends the below temperature guidelines when cooking meat:

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR MEAT IS DONE?

Always cook your meat to the proper temperature for safety!

Ground Meat (any kind): 160°

Poultry: 165°

Pork: 145° - 160°

Beef: 125° - 160°
