“Slushy summer cocktails always are a win! This frozen version of a traditional Negroni is a delightful treat on a hot night and also a major crowd pleaser."

3 ounces Campari, chilled
3 ounces gin, chilled
3 ounces sweet vermouth, chilled
1 ounce Maraschino cherry juice
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, frozen in ice cube trays
3 cups crushed ice
4 orange slices
4 small sprigs rosemary
4 Maraschino cherries


Combine Campari, gin, sweet vermouth, cherry juice, orange juice ice cubes and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until frothy and combined.

Divide among four chilled glasses and garnish each with an orange slice, a rosemary sprig and a cherry.
