  • ½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar


Serves: 4 to 6


Place a metal bowl and whisk in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. Combine whipping cream, cocoa powder and sugar in the chilled bowl, then whisk until soft peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes.
