  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 apple, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt


Serves: 4


In a medium pot over medium heat, bring 3 1/4 cups of water to a boil. Add apples, oatmeal and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
