- Two 5- to 6-ounce containers plain Greek-style yogurt
- ½ small cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill or mint, minced
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Bean-based chips, for serving (optional)
Combine ingredients in a serving bowl. Mix to incorporate. If desired, serve with bean-based chips.
