  • 3 to 4 duck sauce packets
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine or white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon water


Serves: Makes about ¾ cup


Combine duck sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes and water in a small mixing bowl and whisk together. Serve with egg rolls, chicken fingers or whatever you feel like dipping.
