Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
  • One 8-ounce brick less-fat cream cheese at room temperature
  • 8 ounces ranch dressing
  • 6 ounces cayenne pepper hot sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • One 10-ounce bag scoop-style tortilla chips
  • One 13-ounce bag restaurant-style tortilla chips

Serves: 6

Preparation

Place shredded chicken meat, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and cheddar cheese in a slow cooker. If short on time, place slow-cooker on high and stir ingredients frequently to melt cheese and combine ingredients. If serving later in the day, place slow-cooker on medium/low and stir occasionally until cheese melts and ingredients are combined. Serve with tortilla chips.
