Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
- One 8-ounce brick less-fat cream cheese at room temperature
- 8 ounces ranch dressing
- 6 ounces cayenne pepper hot sauce
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- One 10-ounce bag scoop-style tortilla chips
- One 13-ounce bag restaurant-style tortilla chips
Yield
Preparation
Place shredded chicken meat, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and cheddar cheese in a slow cooker. If short on time, place slow-cooker on high and stir ingredients frequently to melt cheese and combine ingredients. If serving later in the day, place slow-cooker on medium/low and stir occasionally until cheese melts and ingredients are combined. Serve with tortilla chips.
