Fresh popcorn gets dressed with decadent truffle oil in Rach's easy recipe. For an even easier twist, drizzle truffle oil over your favorite bag of popcorn.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup popcorn kernels
  • ⅓ to ½ cup truffle oil or to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Yield

Serves: 6 to 8

Preparation

Heat olive oil in pan with lid over medium-high heat, add popcorn kernels and pop, covered, shaking the pan frequently until all popcorn has popped. 

Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl and coat with truffle oil. Mix with salt and pepper to combine.
