Baking with peanut butter is *always* yummy (take these Peanut Butter & Honey Blondies, for example), but it isn't *always* easy.
That is until culinary team member and Rach's resident baking expert, Grant Melton, showed us a nifty trick!
MAKE THIS: Peanut Butter Cup Cake
To make measuring peanut butter painless and more precise, Grant recommends microwaving it first for only a few seconds (you don't want it to get hot, just warm!), pouring it into a measuring cup and then pouring it into the mixing bowl.
This way, you'll know exactly how much you're dealing with and very little gets left behind (stuck to the measuring spoon or cup)!
