Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso, or ½ to ¾ cup coffee
  • 3 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 1 ½ ounces half-and-half
  • Ice
  • Club soda

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker, combine espresso, coffee liqueur, half-and-half, and ice, then cover and shake vigorously. Strain into 2 ice-filled collins glasses and top with club soda.
