Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons sumac
  • 4 tablespoons toasted sesame seed
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano or dried marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ground Aleppo or ancho or Urfa chili

Yield

Serves: Makes about 1 cup

Preparation

Combine all in an airtight container and store in a cool place.
